Conference Registration

Q: How do I register for conference online?

A: Click the link for online registration (RWA members only).

Log in.
On the Event Registration page, select "Romance--Bridging the World" from the drop down menu at the top of the page.
Verify your name and contact information. Please remember to fill out the badge name field.
In the "registrant type" field, select "member."
Enter Literacy Autographing information, if applicable.
Check the box next to "MEMBER EARLY REGISTRATION."
Under “Sessions,” check the appropriate box(es) for handouts, guest tickets, and meal and ADA requirements.
If you wish to receive an e-mail confirmation, check the “Send e-mail confirmation?” box.
Enter your payment information and hit the “Register Now” button.
Q: How do I register for a hotel room?
A: Hotel rooms are sold out at the San Francisco Marriott. Download a hotel reservation form for the nearby JW Marriott, where RWA members receive a discounted room rate.
