Librarian Luncheon - Author Information

If you’d like the opportunity to mix and mingle with librarians at the RWA Conference, then consider attending the Librarian Luncheon. The Luncheon, held in conjunction with the Librarians’ Day Event at RWA’s Annual National Conference, gives PAN-eligible authors the chance to visit with the people who get romance novels into the hands of readers.

Librarian/Bookseller Goody Room

Authors can drop off promotional giveaways for librarians and booksellers in Golden Gate Hall Salon B3 on Wednesday from 8:00 a.m.  – 2:00 p.m.  The librarian/bookseller/author networking event will take place in this room from 2:30 – 5:00 p.m., at which time the librarians and booksellers will select the giveaways they wish to take.  Authors should pick up any leftover items by 5:30 p.m. that evening.
